Alright, it’s on now.

I just got out of my last final about half an hour ago. Hell yeah.

So, time for me to tell you what I’m going to be doing for the next two months (before my summer class begins). We’ll see what I can keep doing after that.

  • Weights twice a week.
  • Run 4 times a week, with at least one long run.
  • Yoga once a week.
  • Eat more fruits and veggies, while staying cheap.

My biggest obstacle this summer will be that I will be living damn poor. I have to save up quite a bit of money before my class begins in July, so every penny counts!

Of course, you will all be getting pictures of me all summer, and I will be updating on what books I’m reading and my level of enjoyment with them. Tomorrow I will take a picture in a bikini, and before class starts again I will take a picture in the same bikini. If there is much of a difference, I will post it.

Let the summer begin. :D

WOD 3/26

5 minutes cardio for warm up. (I walked, then sprinted, then walked. Woo)

  • 3x10 Press (?) at 40lbs
  • 3x20 Standing weighted Crunch at 35lbs
  • 3x5 Dips and 1 Chin up
  • 3x10 Side crunches with 10lb Kettlebell
  • 3x8 Lateral Raises with 8lbs Dumbbells
  • 3x10 Low Row at 40lbs

Isn’t it obvious that the higher weights are on machines? haha. So I didn’t go crazy on core, but I was tried for time this morning. I didn’t do my hair last night, and so I had to do it this morning and make sure I made it to class on time because something is due. So yeah.

Cardio: 1.5 miles.

Core day, 4 rounds:

  • 30 Bicycle Crunches
  • 10 Windmills
  • 20 Russian Twists with an 8lb.
  • 20 standing side crunches with 8s.
  • 20 Leg lifts
  • 1 minute plank

this took me a while, because I wasn’t really feeling it today. But the important thing is that I did do it. No slacking. [=

WOD 3/19

Cardio: 5 sets of sprints, with intervals of walking or jogging.

Legs day! 4 rounds:

  • 20 High Knees
  • 10 Calf Raises with 8s
  • 10 Squats with 8s
  • 10 Deadlifts with 8s
  • 8 Lunges with 5s

If you can’t tell, lunges kill my legs. I’m trying to work on that. The high knees really added the extra umph I needed in my work out. I was sweatin’ balls by the time I finished. <3

I feel super sexy and toned today. Just so you guys know. [=
